Sean Hannity keeps droning on about ‘Republicans must use these Ballot Harvesting laws like the Democrats do!’ But, the problem is recent (2018) mail ballot laws were designed, with the help of Dominion Voting Systems and the CCP, to defraud and steal elections. Here’s how.

I found four different voter registration applications for New Mexico alone, three of them requiring Social Security Numbers. An SS# is critical as a first filter to prevent unscrupulous ballot harvesters from finding new Democrat voters among illegal aliens and DACA ‘dreamers.’ This one from eforms.com accepts substitution of a DL# for the SS#!
However, DHS Sec. Mayorkas has changed Social Security rules to include Notices to Appear as sufficient documentation for lawful residency so an illegal alien, of unknown identity and origin, can apply for a Social Security Number!
Consider that when Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold was caught mailing 31,000 voter registration cards to illegal aliens, she blamed the ‘mistake’ on the MVD database. However, her ‘mistake’ could have simply been an intentional search result ‘finding’ any driver’s license not associated with a SS#, i.e., an illegal alien without a valid SS#.
Further research suggests that the E.R.I.C. system that over 30 states subscribe to, claimed to improve voter roll management, can be abused to target voters for ballot harvesters. So, your tax dollars paying for E.R.I.C. actually fund election fraud.
VOTING LAWS A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
From Pres. Obama urging DACA Dreamers and illegal aliens to vote in 2016 to Griswold caught mailing tens of thousands of illegal aliens paper voter registration forms in 2021, the elements of Criminal Conspiracy are met, which includes election workers, legislators, and even Dominion Voting Systems who had to help draft and lobby the 2018 election law revisions allowing their scanners and ‘adjudication’ desks to be used when legalizing ballot harvesting in 2018 doubled mail ballots used in 2020.
Indeed, the increase in mail ballots was so great that even Dominion’s machines couldn’t keep up, broke down, and required days to almost a week of post-election day counting to process the mail ballots. Ballots harvested by the new laws couldn’t be verified, ballots in Georgia and Arizona determined to have been scanned two times or more. In Pennsylvania, late and invalid postmarked envelopes were accepted, so many that while Trump’s mail votes were consistent with previous elections, about 20%, Biden’s mailed-in ballots accounted for 60% of his votes.
So, either Republicans don’t like to vote-by-mail, or Democrats knew how to target Democrat voters for ballot harvesting. (One of the observers hired to oversee 2020 operations at Staple Center published a 25-page report of his day-to-day, hour-by-hour issues, including the videoed incident which Rudy Giuliani presented to the press resulting in the recent $142M defamation judgment. VOTER REGISTRATION FORMS AND APPLICATIONS THAT CAN BE ABUSED BY ILLEGAL ALIENS, WHICH MAY EXPLAIN THE PAST THREE YEARS OF OPEN BORDERS
The first image a by-mail Absent Voter Ballot Application used by Zuckerberg-funded ‘The Center for Voter Information’ to triple Democrat absentee ballots for 2020.
The second and third forms are from the NM SOS Portal requiring SS#’s for an voter registration or an absentee ballot. Again, the paper mail-in application does NOT require any SS#.
This is critical because only an SS# can verify the application is from a ‘qualified citizen voter,’ and mere signature verification or use of a DL# cannot — making them wide open to fraud (or human error, if you prefer).
The fourth image is a 2019 voter registration form. Note that the social security requirement can be waived (in the fine print in Line 1), using a ‘full Driver’s License Number’ instead. This form used to be on the New Mexico website, but now is only available on eforms.com, last updated June of 2022.
The fifth and sixth images are 2015 voter registrations requiring a full SS# (the DL# option is gone), and I found two versions: one, identified as Final-004.pdf and the other slightly different the URL, ending as ‘Final.pdf’ . . . which suggests I caught the webmaster real-time for New Mexico’s Secretary of State inserting two different versions(?)
Finally, look at Voter ID Item 6 that is, according to eac.gov, in the instructions of MANY STATES waiving the SS#. The mail-in registrations are still available on eform.com and eac.gov.
Here are government instructions for mailing in voter registrations for every state — The instructions are to leave the SS# section blank, and the state would create a unique identifier for your registration file:
6. ID Number. Your completed voter registration form must contain your state issued driver’s license number or nonoperating identification number. If you do not have a driver’s license or nonoperating identification, you must include the last four digits of your social security number. If you do not have a driver’s license or a nonoperating identification or a social security number, please write “NONE” on the form. A unique identifying number will be assigned by the State.

These ‘laws’ and legal forms are on multiple non-governmental sites, and a dot gov site representing a so-called ‘Election Assistance Commission’ group. Normal on-line registrations and applications by citizens are verified without a glitch, relying on SS#’s as a firm data point, but these forms provide Ballot Harvesters and politically corrupted election workers/clerks a loophole to register illegal aliens.
These ‘loophole’ forms bypass accurate and instant voter identification avoiding ID or an SS#, leaving a door wide open for Ballot Harvesters to register illegal aliens — which is probably how Democrats TRIPLED their mail ballot votes in 2020 compared to previous elections.
There were enough illegal aliens in in Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Nevada to flip Trump landslides (Trump had 2X the in-person votes that Biden had) to margins of victory of an overall average less than 1% . . . as low as .22% in Georgia. These margins for Biden were many times the number of potential illegal aliens if targeted for No ID absentee ballots.
CONCLUSION:
Federal voting laws such as the 1993 Voter Registration Act and 2005’s Help America Vote were passed to make No ID voting easier. However, they can also be abused to defraud and disenfranchise ‘qualified citizen voters.’ Add the doubling of mail ballots used thanks to 2018 election law revisions, not to mention the unconstitutional flooding of states with Mail Ballots in 2020 by Secretaries of State backed by the courts and governors, and you have a Criminal Conspiracy to Steal Elections.
